with Ritescript to include ritePen software into Motion solutions and resell them to
end user customers and partners in many industries. The solution includes Motion
enhanced line of rugged tablet PCs, accessories and software for mobile professionals.
Under the reseller agreement, Motion will offer full
and evaluation copies of ritePen to its customers and resellers in healthcare,
construction, field service and other markets.

Under a software licensing agreement with G-STYLE, Ltd. (a subsidiary of GIGABYTE Co., Ltd.),
ritePen software will be pre-loaded on selected models of the TouchNote T1028 series convertible
Netbooks running Windows7 and Windows XP. The product is shipping to certain European countries.

Under an OEM licensing agreement with Evernote Corp., Fujitsu® Computer Systems
is shipping ritePen softeware with the LifeBook® P1600 Series notebook in the
North America and in certain countries of the South America. Additionally,
Evernote for Windows software is included with certain models of notebooks and Tablet PCs
shipped by Fujitsu.

Evernote Corporation and Hitachi® Software Engineering Co., Ltd. (HSW) have an
OEM licensing agreement. HSW is shipping ritePen advanced handwriting
recognition and pen navigation application and Evernote for Windows with its
StarBoard® interactive communication systems. Additionally, riteForm software
and handwriting recognition technology are incorporated into the StarBoard
Software developed by HSW. The StarBoard line of interactive meeting solutions
offers users a selection of powerful tools for meetings, training, and
conferencing for business and education.

ESO Solutions provides medic-friendly, NEMSIS Gold electronic patient care reporting (ePCR)
software and billing services for EMS and Fire organizations.
ritePen will provide ESO users with enhanced workflow control on the rugged pen-based notebooks they
use to collect critical data at the patient’s side.
Under a software licensing agreement, ESO Solutions will integrate ritePen software with ESO Pro Mobile,
part of the ESO Pro Suite. Using ESO Pro Mobile on rugged pen-based notebooks
in the field allows emergency responders to quickly capture patient vitals, medications, cardiac arrest treatments,

provider for mobile and embedded devices, have a licensing agreement. Quarta has
